Perfect location with comfy rooms!
We spent 2 nights after Christmas and it was awesome! The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot. Our room was cozy with a lot of charm but the view wasn’t great. Loved that there's coffee in the lobby, and the place is just a short walk to the Frontenac. Only wish the breakfast was included.

Initial communication about room rates created confusion, which isn't ideal after a long drive. The bathroom left something to be desired, lacking a hairdryer and showing signs of age with an antiquated bathtub setup. TV reception faltered more than expected, which can be frustrating if you want to unwind with a show after a long day. Additionally, persistent noise from outside and nearby rooms might bother light sleepers.

Staying here with my five kids was fantastic! We loved exploring the charming streets of the old city, which were just a short walk away. The kids especially enjoyed the ice rink nearby, making unforgettable memories while skating together.
My wife wishes there were more family-friendly amenities for kids.

I had a fantastic time with my friends! We enjoyed skating on the ice rink and the nearby trails for cross-country skiing. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away, making it super convenient. The room was clean and cozy, which added to our great experience.
However, we did find some paint peeling in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.
